摘要
目的预防出生缺陷从孕前保健做起,本研究调查早孕期非计划妊娠孕妇高危因素暴露情况,进一步强调加强孕前保健的重要性。方法调查2007-2008年度于我院初次就诊的早孕孕妇,对其咨询内容进行分类和统计。结论大多数危害早孕孕妇的高危因素是可以通过孕前宣传教育而避免。为了进一步降低出生缺陷发生率,应避免非计划妊娠。
Objective：through the research of risk factors which early pregnancy had exposed,to emphasize the importance of preconception service.Method：research early pregnancy couples who consult about possible risk factors in our hospital during 2007 to 2008 years.Results：most of risk factors can be avoided,so we must provoid preconception service for man and women in reproductive age.
