摘要
原料经过均化,按配比磨制合格生料,经高温煅烧成合格的水泥熟料,这期间的物理化学变化都需要中控操作员时时监控各个监测点,稳定生料和煤粉的成分,从安全、优质、高产、节能、降耗、环保和卫生等全方面考虑,确保风、煤、料、温度等参数有一个连续、平稳的运行趋势。通过二十余个案例说明:生产中一旦有异常问题出现,操作员必须有预见性,及时发现问题的先兆,分析原因,根据操作经验采取相应的措施,阻止或扭转事态的发展。
Qualified cement clinker is produced with qualified raw meals from homogenized raw materials after grinding in certain proportioning rate,and by means of high temperature sintering process.During these processes,all the physical and chemical changes at various supervision points should be monitored by DCS operators continually for the purpose of stabilizing the composition of raw meal and coal powders.Considering the request of safety production,high quality and output,energy conservation and consumption reduction,environmental protection and labor hygiene,the operators should assure that all the parameters of gas flow,temperature,coal and material flow etc.should present a continual and steady operational tendency.More than 20 examples are cited in this paper to reveal that,when any abnormal case appeared in production,the foresighted operators should find out its omen in time,analyze its happening cause and take corresponding measures according to their operation experiences,to impede the situation getting worse or even to reverse its developing trends.
