摘要
从大豆油中提取亚油酸,再经α-氯代、酯化等得到一种新型亚油酸柠檬酸酯表面活性剂,其与捕收剂HP-1按适当比例复配后对云南某难选胶磷矿进行了常温粗选试验,结果表明,捕收剂HP-1中适量α-氯代亚油酸柠檬酸酯的加入起到了增效作用,精矿品位和回收率都得到较大提高,明显改善该捕收剂对胶磷矿的浮选指标。
A Novel surfactant（α-substituted linoleic acid ester of citric acid） is prepared by linoleic acid as raw materials.After mix with collector HP-1 in proper proportion,it is used in roughing flotation of Yunnan’s collophanite.Test results show that recovery and grade of phosphate both have relatively well improvement due to the α-substituted fatty acid ester of citric acid’s synergism.
