摘要
传统车辆减速器制动轨在某些工况下不能满足要求,需要研究开发新型功能材料。新材料上道验证阶段,需要一个可行的试验平台。介绍了一种试验平台方案——焊接制动梁,以及研制、生产和试验过程,并提出实际应用的改进方向。
Because the brake-rail of traditional car retarder cannot meet the requirements uder certain conditions,it's necessary to research and develop some new functional materials.In the phase of testing new material on railway line,a feasible test platform is needed.This paper introduces a test platform,welding brake beam,describes the process of development,production and testing,and proposes the improvement direction in future practical application.
