摘要 为消除细纱机8 cm^10 cm机械波,分析了胶辊造成此类机械波的原因,阐述了消除此类机械波的各项控制措施。指出:必须对购进的胶辊轴承与胶管进行严格检验;做好轴承铁芯表面清洁及轴承选用工作;要特别注重套制和二次压圆整形工作,采用新型锯齿环形槽外壳的胶辊轴承及新型立式套制胶辊机,提高胶辊套制质量;要正确掌握胶辊回磨量,保持磨胶辊机的良好状态,坚持精细磨砺;区分不同胶辊的性能与用途,科学掌握涂料配比,提高敷涂质量;加强日常性的维护与保养,提高胶辊运行的稳定性。认真细致地做好上述各项技术管理工作,可较好地消除胶辊造成的机械波,进一步提高成纱质量水平。 To eliminate 8 cm to 10 cm mechanical wave on spinning frame,reasons of rubber-covered roll were analyzed,each control measures of eliminating mechanical wave were introduced. It is pointed out that purchased rubbercovered roll bearing and rubber-covered pipe should be tested strictly. Bearing iron core surface cleaning and bearing selection should be done well. Rubber-covered roll hitch and second time circle shaping should be paid attention to. Rubber-covered roll hitch quality could be increased by adopting new sawtooth ring like shell rubber-covered roll bearing and new vertical rubber-covered roll hitch machine. Regrinding should be controlled correctly, state of rubber-covered roll grinding machine should be kept well to ensure subtly grinding. Property and use of different rubber-covered roll should be distinguished, coating material ratio should be controlled well to improve coating quality. Daily maintenance should be strengthened to increase rubber-covered roll operation stability. After implementing the above technology managements, mechanical wave caused by rubber-covered roll could be eliminated and finish yarn quality could be improved further.
