摘要 研究智能调温立体结构机织物的设计方法。采用智能调温粘胶纤维,在普通织造设备上通过合理配置纹样、纱线和织物组织结构,可以一次性生产出具有类似绗绣效果的立体结构调温织物。认为:在织制立体结构调温织物时,选用表里接结双层组织,智能调温粘胶纤维的线密度应稍大,并用作填芯纬纱,且芯纬纱应低捻蓬松,其储纬器张力应尽量小,才能顺利进行织造。 Design method of intelligent temperature-adjusting three-dimensional structure woven fabric was stud- ied. Intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose was adopted,quilted-like structure three-dimensional temperature-adjusting fabric could be produced at one time on common weaving machine through setting rational design, yarn and fabric structures. It is considered when weaving three-dimensional temperature-adjusting fabric, surface and inner blinding two-layer weave should be selected, linear density of intelligent temperature-adjusting viscose fiber should be larger slightly and used as core weft, twist of core weft should be lower and puffy, weft accumulator tension should be less to make sure weave successfully.
