摘要 探讨大豆蛋白纤维混纺弹力织物的织部工艺技术措施。选择大豆蛋白纤维与粘胶纤维混纺纱作经纱,大豆蛋白纤维与粘胶纤维混纺弹力纱和纯粘胶纤维弹力纱作纬纱。包覆工序要求车速不能快;络筒工序捻接要牢固,张力要均匀;整经工序要保证片纱均匀;浆纱工序采用中压,浆纱温度不宜太高;织造工序控制好综框高度、后梁高度、开口时间、经纱张力等,才可保证织机效率在80%以上,下机一等品率在92.6%以上。 Weaving processing measures of soybean protein blended elastic fabric were discussed. Blended yarn spun by soybean protein fiber and viscose fiber was selected as warp, soybean protein fiber viscose fiber blended elastic yarn and pure viscose elastic yarn were selected as weft. Speed should not be too fast in coating process. Splicer should be firm and tension should be even in winding process. Yarn tension should be even in warping process. Middle pressure should be adopted and sizing temperature should not be too high in sizing process. In weavifig process, heald frame height,back beam height, shed timing and warp tension et al should be controlled well, finally loom efficiency could be ensure above 80% and first grade product before repairing could reach above 92.6%.
