摘要
大同煤矿集团选煤厂因入洗原煤煤质由侏罗系逐渐变为石炭系,原有选煤工艺出现了适应性差、处理能力不足等问题;为此,提出采用150~13 mm级块煤浅槽分选、13~1.5mm级采用旋流器分选、1.5~0.2 mm级由煤泥分选机分选的新工艺;通过经济效益对比分析,认为上述工艺为最优洗选工艺。
Feed coal to preparation plants in Datong Mines Group is changing from that of Jurassic to Carboniferious Period,the existing cleaning process found to be unsuitable and insufficient in throughput;a new process was proposed,in that,shallow HM bath for 150~13mm lump,HM cyclone for 13~1.5mm fines,and TBS for 1.5~0.2mm slime;economic analysis indicated that such process will be the best choice.
