摘要
三河尖选煤厂针对重介质旋流器入料系统带煤调试过程中存在入料压力不稳定、管路振动、系统堵塞等问题,采取了调整混料桶介质入料方式、减少旋流器入料管路弯头数量、更换入料泵叶轮等措施,使系统实现了稳定运行。
From operational test of the feeding system to the HM cyclone at Sanhejian Coal Preparation Plant problems arisen as unstable feeding pressure,pipeline being vibrated,and plugging,counter measures taken as adjustment of the way of introducing medium into the mixing tank,lessening bends of pipeline,and change of the pump impeller,leading to realization of stable operation.
