伴随铁道施工规模得到迅速发展而产生了大量废弃物和返还物资,给铁道施工企业的经济效益、环境效益、社会效益带来诸多不利。论证了铁道施工企业应用现代物流管理思想的可行性,并在铁道施工项目物资管理中引入物流管理技术,实现铁道施工项目规模化、效率化、现代化物流运作,实现自主创造经济效益,有效提高相关铁道施工项目的环境效益和社会效益。

With the rapid development of railway construction scale, a lot of waste and return materials are generated which bring harmful influence to the railway construction business in terms of financial benefit, environmental benefits, social benefits. The paper discusses the feasibility of applying modem logistics management ideas in railway construction company, and the feasibility of adopting logistics management techniques in material management of railway construction project, in order to achieve large-scale, efficient and modem operation of railway construetion project, and finally to create economic benefits by itself, improve the environmental and social benefits of rel- evant？railway construction project.
