大型火电机组凝泵和脱硫增压风机变频改造DCS逻辑设计与应用

摘要 辅机变频改造是大型电站节能降耗的主要手段之一,本文以某4×600MW火力发电厂为应用对象,依据电气特性和运行方式的需求,介绍了凝泵、脱硫增压风机变频改造的DCS控制逻辑设计方案,突出说明了凝泵事故响应和脱硫增压风机一键启停的实现方式。因每台机组改造方案雷同,文中仅以#3机组作详细介绍。 Frequency conversion innovation on auxiliary equipment is one of the main means that the large-scale power plant takes to save energy and reduce consumption. Taking a thermal power plant with 4 ×600MW units as an application object and based on the electrical characteristics and the requirement of operation modes, this paper introduces DCS logic design for frequency conversion innovation on condensate pump and desulfuration booster fan and mainly explains the realization of emergency response to condensate pump accident and starting or shutting down desulfuration booster fan through onekey. As the logic design for each unit is more or less the same, this paper only takes #3 unit to introduce in detail.
