本文分析了目前国内烧碱测量技术的现状以及存在的问题,提出一种高精确度烧碱蒸发过程浓度的数学模型,给出了对于该模型的评价要素和评价结果。并简要介绍了基于这种数学模型的烧碱浓度软测量技术的实现。

This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of domestic caustic soda measurement techniques, It presents a high accuracy mathematical model of the concentration of caustic soda during the evaporation process of caustic soda, and gives the evaluation for this techniques. In addition, we describe briefly the soft measurement technology of concentration of caustic soda based on this mathematical model.
