乳腺切除术的麻醉探讨

The Investigation of Anesthesia of in Mastectomy Resection of the Breast of Anesthesia

目的:对24例行乳腺切除手术治疗的患者分别采用局部麻醉和全麻3种方法的局部或全麻醉(每组8例),比较其麻醉效果、安全性及缺点。方法:用乙醇棉签刺激和针刺法检查患者温度觉和痛觉,记录麻醉实施时间、持续镇痛时问、注射麻醉药物量等指标。结果:氯胺酮肌注组的麻醉时间最长,但是同时药物的用量也叫其他两组大(P<0.05).结论:说明3种麻醉方法在安全和效果方面各有优缺点,应依患者情况个体化选择和处理。

Objective：24 patients have been done the mastectomy with local anesthesia or general anesthesia.We put all the patients into three groups according to the different anesthesia ways.The comparison has been done in anesthesia,the .security and disadvantages among the three groups.Methods：With alcohol swab stimulation and acupuncture in patients,using temperature sensation and pain check and record the implementation time of anesthesia,continuous pain,asked the injection quantity of narcotic drugs and other indicators.Results：The anesthesia time in intramuscular injection of ketamine anesthesia group is the longest among the whole compared groups,at the same time,the dosage of the drug is also the larger than other two groups（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：The three kinds of anesthesia safety and effect of the advantages and disadvantages have been shown, the situation should be individualized according to patient selection and treatment.
