浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床诊断和治疗分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis

目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床诊断和治疗方法,提高临床诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析我院自2006年1月～2009年12月收治的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者86例的临床资料。结果:本组86例患者经手术治疗均获临床治愈,其中13例因合并急性感染形成脓肿,施行局部切开引流术,6例形成瘘管施行手术切除瘘管及周围部分组织,2例行乳房部分切除术。术后随访6个月,86例患者中复发4例,均施行再次手术切除而痊愈。结论:浆细胞性乳腺炎在临床上较为常见,但症状不典型容易造成误诊,手术治疗是治疗该病的主要方法,效果理想。

Objective：To investigate plasma cell mastiffs diagnosis and treatment to enhance clinical diagnosis and A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2006-December 2009 were treated with plasma cell mastitis clinical data of 86 patients. Results：86 cases were clinically cured by surgery, of which 13 cases of acute infection due to the formation of abscesses,local incision and drainage purposes,six cases of fistula formation of fistula surgery in and around the implementation of some organizations,the two parts of a routine breast resection.Were followed up for 6 months and 86 patients,4 cases of recurrence were the purposes of re-resection and survived. Conclusion：Plasma cell mastiffs is more common in clinical.but easily lead to misdiagnosis of atypical symptoms, surgical treatment is the main method of treatment of the disease,the results are satisfactory.
