以火郁发之为治则治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

The Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Study in the Rule of Huoyufazhi

目的:分析2型糖尿病临床表现和病机特点,比较火郁发之综合治疗法和传统治疗消渴方法滋阴清热法在2型糖尿病临床治疗中的降糖疗效。方法:在常规控制血糖,饮食控制的基础上,采用随机、对照、开放研究,将61例2型糖尿患者随机分为两组,治疗组—火郁发之治疗组,对照组—滋阴清热组,疗程12周,观察指标为空腹及餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白、实验室指标及中医症状评分。结果:火郁发之治则组中医症候改善有效率为90.00%,滋阴清热组中医症候改善有效率为83.87%,两组间空腹血糖治疗前后比较P=0.020(P<0.05),两组比较具有显著性差异。结论:应用火郁发之治疗原则治疗2型糖尿病治疗组对中医证候总体疗效明显优于滋阴清热组,其组方用药符合2型糖尿病证治规律,适用于2型糖尿病治疗。

Objective：Clinical manifestations of type 2 diabetes and pathogenesis,and to compare the fire stagnation of the comprehensive treatment and traditional treatment methods Ziyinqingre Diabetes Type 2 diabetic patients in the treatment of hypoglycemic effect.Methods： In the conventional control of blood glucose,diet,based on randomized,controlled,open study,61 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group-Yu made the fire treatment group and control group-Ziyinqingre group 12 weeks to observe the target for the fasting and postprandial 2h plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin.laboratory indices and clinical symptoms score.Results：The rule of Huo yu fa zhi is set to improve the effective rate of TCM symptoms and 90.00%,Ziyinqingre TCM symptoms and improve the effective rate of group 83.87%,fasting blood glucose between the two groups before and after treatment P=-0.020（P〈0.05）,two groups have significant difference. Conclusion：Yu made the therapeutic application of the principle of thermal treatment of type 2 diabetes group on the overall effect of TCM is better than Ziyinqingre group,the group found for drugs Treatment of Type 2 diabetes,the law applicable to the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
