摘要
目的:了解我院急诊处方存在的问题,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,保障医疗安全。方法:随机抽取我院2009年急诊处方24000张进行回顾性统计分析。结果:不合格处方846张,占抽查总处方数的3.53%,下半年处方不合格率与上半年相比明显降低。结论:我院急诊处方质量逐步提高,还应继续努力,不断提高处方质量。
Objective：To investigate the problems on emergency prescription, improve prescription quality, promote rational use of drug and guarantee medical security.Methods：24 000 emergency prescriptions of our hospital in 2009 were randomly selected and retrospectively analyzed.Results：846prescriptions were unqualified,accounting for 3.53% of the total prescriptions reviewed.The unqualified rate of the second half year gradually decreased with the first half year.Conclusion：The quality of emergency prescription in our hospital is improving gradually. Further study and strong responsibility are essential to future work in order to improve prescription quality.
