摘要
目的:探讨团队配合在电视腔镜手术配合中紧急开放时的重要性。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月～2010年2月期间,共配合包括肝胆外科、普通外科、妇产科、泌尿外科、骨科的各类腔镜手术450例,中转开放18例,占4%。结果:18例腔镜手术配合中转开放的患者均顺利完成手术,安全返回病房。结论:在腔镜手术的过程中,器械护士和巡回护士随时观察手术的进展情况,了解患者的病情变化,在手术医师决定转开腹的同时,应做到忙而不乱,有条不紊的安排好手术的配合工作,确保手术的顺利进行。
Objective：To explore the importance of the cooperate teamwork during celoscope operation peremptorily convert to open surgery.Methods：Analysis retrospectively the cooperate teamwork with surgeon in treatment of 450 operations with celoscope surgery, include General surgery, Gynecology surgery, Urology surgery and Orthopaedic surgery et al from Jan 2009 to Feb 2010.Among the surgery cases,there were 18 celoscope cases converted to open surgery peremptorily.Reasults：All patients finished the surgery successfully underwent the cooperate teamwork.Conclusion：During the surgery, the operation nurse must get along with the procedure, when the surgeon decided to convert to open surgery, we should deal with the cooperate work to insure the surgery go with a swing.
