摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病的常规治疗中口服药物和以胰岛素为主的治疗两种不同治疗方式对血尿酸的影响。方法:选取确诊并接受药物治疗的2型糖尿病患者171人,根据他们近6个月的用药情况不同分成口服药物治疗组和胰岛素注射为主治疗组,从HIS系统中调取2009年1~10月间最近一次就诊的检查资料,分别对血尿酸值和同步糖化血红蛋白值进行统计分析,二组再以糖化血红蛋白水平分成血糖理想(HbLAc<6.5)、血糖较好(HbLAc:6.5~8.0)、血糖差(HbLAc>8.0)三组,按血糖的不同状态对2组血尿酸值进行分析。结果:两组年龄相近、胰岛素组平均糖化血红蛋白显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但血尿酸水平两组没有显著性差异(P>0.05);在糖化血红蛋白分组的研究中,三组的血尿酸值对照没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病的治疗中,胰岛素为主的治疗与口服药物治疗相比没有对血尿酸的代谢带来显著影响。
Objective: To investigate the routine treatment of type 2 diabetes,the oral drug and insulin mainly to two different treatment modalities on serum uric acid (UA). Methods:Diagnosis and drug treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes 171,based on their past 6 months were divided into oral medicines in the treatment group and insulin-based treatment group,from the HIS system for the transfer of 1 to 10, 2009 last month of the inspection visits information,respectively, uric acid and simultaneous statistical analysis of glycated hemoglobin values,and they were then divided into glucose glycated hemoglobin good (HbLAc〈6.5),blood sugar better (HbLAc: 6.5-8.0),glucose difference (HbLAc〉8.0) three groups were observed glucose on oral insulin group and the uric acid.Results:In the insulin group,blood glucose level was significantly higher than the oral group(P〈0.05) conditions,the two groups of blood uric acid levels were not significantly different(P〉0.05); glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group,regardless of how blood glucose levels ,UA groups no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of type 2 diabetes,insulin-based therapy compared with oral drug therapy of uric acid metabolism did not result in significant impact.
