Treatment Comprehension of Fracture of Acetabulum

目的:探讨髋臼骨折手术治疗的方法。方法:分析57例髋臼骨折患者根据不同类型选择手术入路,用髋臼重建钢板固定治疗的临床资料。结果:随访6～72个月,平均18.2个月,临床疗效优良率82.4%。结论:恰当手术入路、良好的复位、坚强内固定、早期锻炼可获得良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate therapeutic methods of fracture of acetabulum. Methods：The clinical data of 57 patients of fracture of acetabulum were analyzed, those operation approaches were chosen according to the types of fracture of acetabulum, and fixation treatments were performed by rebuilding nickelclad of acetabulum. Results：The fine ratio of clinical treatment was 82.4% after random visiting for 6-72 menthes, and average visiting time was 18.2 menthes.Conelusions：Satisfactory curative effect could be obtained by appropriate operation approaches, fine positioning, forceful internal fixation and pristine exercises.
