Clinical Analysis of 78 Cases of Granulomatous Lobuler Mastitis

目的:探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床特点以及治疗方法。方法:对78例患者临床治疗进行回顾性分析研究。结果:51例手术治疗辅助术后中药治疗病人治疗效果满意。结论:对于肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎手术加术后中药治疗能有效防止病情复发。

Objective： To investigated the clinical features and treatment of the granulomatous lobuler mastitis. Methods：78 cases clinical datas of granulomatous lobuler mastitis were analyzed retrospective. Results：51 cases of granulomatous lobuler mastitis were treated by operation and Chinese traditional medicine after operation,the results were satisfied. Conclusions：The treatment to granulomatous lobuler mastitis with operation and Chinese traditional medicine could prevent recurrence obviously.
