Quality Control and Clinical Application of Dongxia Liyan Syrup

目的:研究冬夏利咽合剂的质量控制及临床应用。方法:采用TLC对冬凌草、制半夏、连翘进行定性,高液相色谱对制剂中的连翘苷进行了含量的测定,并对其性状、稳定性及临床应用进行了考察。结果:本制剂性质稳定,质量可控,临床应用效果明显。结论:本方法简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于本品的质量控制,且临床疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective：To study quality control and clinical application of Dongxia Liyan Syrup. Analysis Rabdosia rubescens, PinelliaTuber and forsythia were determined by TLC, high-performance liquid chromatography measured the content of Phillyrin, and its characteristics, stability and clinical application were studied.Results：The preparation was stable, quality controlled, clinical clinical effect showed good. Conclusions：This method was simple,Accurate and sensitive, and it can be used in the product quality control, and clinical curative effect was safe and reliable.
