摘要
本试验采用了四株枯草芽孢杆菌X1、X2、X3、X4、啤酒酵母菌Y和乳酸杆菌Z对豆粕、花生饼和蚕蛹复合蛋白饲料进行发酵,旨在提高蚕蛹在饲料中的利用率。综合分析试验结果得出:X1、X4、Y、Z的组合效果最佳,其接种量分别为1%、2%、2%、4%;豆粕:花生饼:蚕蛹的最佳配比为6:3:1;饲料粒度40目,温度为35℃,料水比为1:1,初始pH为6,糖蜜添加1%为最佳发酵基本条件。
For improving the utilization of silkworm pupa in ieed industry, the mixed lermentatlon condition ot com- pound protein feed of soybean,peanut and silkworm pupas by Bacillus subtilis X1,X2,X3,X4,Beer saccharomycete Y and Lactobacillus Z was studied.The results showed that the best combination was X1,X4,Y,Z and the optimal quantity was 1%,2 %,2 %,4 % respectively.The proportion of soybean, peanut and silkworm pupas was 6:3:1, feed brokenness of powder 40 mesh, temperature of 35 ℃,material to water ratio of 1:1,initial pH value of 6 and molasses addition of 1% were the optimal fermentation condition.
