摘要
采用文献资料调研和访谈等方法,对江苏省体育行业特有职业技能鉴定现状进行研究。结果表明,江苏省获得职业鉴定证书的人员初、中级所占比例最大;学历层次偏高;年龄普遍偏小;在校大学生占绝对比重;当前面临着拓展鉴定项目,协调区域平衡,加强队伍建设等诸多问题。针对鉴定现状和面临的问题,提出宣传策略、区域发展平衡策略、队伍建设策略、证书的权威性策略等有针对性的发展策略,以促进江苏省在体育行业推行国家职业资格证书制度,开展职业技能培训鉴定工作,并为江苏省体育行业职业鉴定工作的可持续发展提供参考。
By using the methods of literature review and interview,this paper analyzed current situation and development strategy on the appraisal of occupational skill in sport field of Jiangsu province.The result showed that the certified professional staff identified a larger proportion of primary and middle classes,educational level of ordinary high,age was generally small;in the absolute proportion of college students,and facing identification of the current expansion project,coordination of regional balance,strengthen the building and many other issues.For the status and problems identified,the author proposed promotional strategy,balanced regional development strategies,team building strategies,the certificate authority strategies and many other development strategies for the benefit of Jiangsu province in the sports industry to the national vocational qualification certificate system,the appraisal of occupational skill,and providing some reference for the sustainable development of appraisal of occupational skill in Jiangsu province.
