健身气功·马王堆导引术锻炼对中老年女性心境改善的实验研究 被引量:25

摘要 运用实验法、调查问卷法以及数据统计等研究方法,对健身气功.马王堆导引术中老年女性锻炼者的心境状态进行统计分析,结果显示,锻炼者的消极情绪,如愤怒、疲劳、抑郁等指数显著降低;积极情绪,如精力、自尊感指数则明显上升。结果说明,健身气功.马王堆导引术锻炼,对中老年女性的心境状态有改善作用,同时可为该功法的推广提供科学依据。 In this paper,the methods of experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are implemented to study the mood state for middle-aged women with health qigong Mawangdui guided exercise.The result indicates that the exercisers’ negative mood,such as anger,fatigue,depression,decrease significantly and positive mood,such as energy,self-respect,increase apparently.It suggests that the health qigong Mawangdui guided exercise has a good effect on mood improvement for middle-aged women and it offers a scientific support for its promotion.
