摘要
目前高层次人才队伍已经成为决定一所高校学科建设水平和未来发展的关键性因素,因此,高层次人才队伍建设的重要性日益凸显。本文描述了高层次人才的内涵与特征,阐明了高层次人才队伍建设的必要性,分析了高层次人才队伍建设存在的问题,并提出了建议。
Currently, high-level talent team has becomes the key factor deciding the discipline construction level and future development. Thus, the importance of high-level talent team construction stands out more and more. This paper describes the meaning and characteristics of high-level talent, clarifies the necessity of high-level talent team construction, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of high-level talent team, and proposes some suggestions.
