摘要
从知识管理情境的角度,文章描述了在知识转移过程中由于知识的边界性而引发的对知识认知偏差的现象;对密切影响图书馆知识转移情境因素和认知判断偏差进行研究,说明情境因素与知识认知判断偏差有密切的联系;探讨图书馆情境在知识转移中所起的影响和作用,并对其因子结构、变量的影响以及情境因素与认知偏差的相互关系进行分析,根据因子分析的各数据结果提出图书馆情境知识认知偏差理论研究的构思模型,以期更好地解释知识转移现象及其过程,为更好地进行图书馆知识转移提供参考。
The paper describes the cognitive bias due to knowledge boundaries during the process of knowledge transfer based on the context of knowledge management, studies the contextual factors which affect library's knowledge transfer closely and the bias of cognitive judgment, discusses the close relationship between contextual factors and bias of cognitive judgment, and studies the impact and role of library context in knowledge transfer. The author also analyzes the factor structure, variable influence and the mutual relationship between the contextual and the cognitive bias, and tries to build a conception model for the cognitive bias of library's contextual knowledge based on the data gained from the above factor analysis, aiming at explaining the phenomenon and the process of knowledge transfer better and providing reference for library's knowledge transfer.
