Study on the Improving Strategy of Availability of Digital Resources in Library Consortium

数字资源的可获得性强调享用的现实性,重视资源的可接触和可利用程度。图书馆联盟数字资源可获得性的影响因素较为复杂,是否对数字资源拥有长期使用权、各图书馆之间的系统和技术是否兼容、数字资源是否受到安全威胁等因素都会影响对数字资源的可获得性。为了提升图书馆联盟数字资源的可获得性,不仅要建立资源共享的技术支撑条件,而且要注重建设数字资源的安全保障体系、建立数字资源的长期保存策略,从而为图书馆联盟信息服务的开展提供重要的资源基础。

The availability of digital resources empahsizes the reality of utilization and indicates the extent that user can contact and utilize the resources. The factors that influence the availability of digital resources in library consortium are complicated. Whether the library owns long-term access rights to the digital resources, whether the systems and technologies among libraries are compatible or not, whether the digital resouces encounter security threats, and all these factors would influence the availability to digital resouces, ln order to advance the availability of library consortium digital resouces, it not only needs upbuilding corresponding technology support facilities, but also needs upbuilding the safety guarantee system of digital resoueces and setting up the long-term, preservation strategy of digital resources, thus to provide resources basis for the implementaion of library consortium information service.
