数字图书馆的著作权精神权利保护研究

The Research on the Moral Right Protection of Digital Library

在数字化网络化的时代,数字图书馆应运而生,但是在数字化图书馆信息资源的开发与利用的过程中,著作权问题成为数字图书馆发展的一个障碍,其中就包括了精神权利问题。本文分析了数字图书馆信息资源的开发与利用对精神权利的影响,并且提出在数字图书馆信息资源开发与利用中对著作权精神权利的保护与限制的措施。

In the digital era, the digital library emerged. But during the development and utilization of the information resource of digital library, protection of the copyright become a barrier to the development of digital library, and one of the question is the protection ot moral rignts. This paper analyzed the influence of the development and utilization of the information resource of digital library on the moral rights, and proposed the measures to protect and to restrict the moral right of the development and utilization of the information resource of digital library.
