摘要
根据振动沉拔桩机激振器的结构特点,建立了电机及偏心质量系统的动力学方程,采用数值方法在计算机上对方程进行了求解。通过算例研究了启动过程的动态特性,分析了各因素对启动过程的影响,为激振器电机的合理选择提供了依据。
Based of the characteristics of a vibration cexcirer in pile machine,the dynamic equation of motor and eccentric mass system is established and a numerial method is used to solve the equation.The dynamic characteristics of starting process and an effect of factors on the process are analysed through some examples.This paper also provides reference for selecting motor of vibration exciter.
