苏州市推广节能建筑初探

Probe into extension of energy-saving building in Suzhou

苏州市地处长江中下游夏热冬冷地区，传统建筑热环境不佳，用空调来改善居住条件的家庭越来越多。为了推广节能建筑，该市从１９９２年开始节能建筑试点，对采用不同的节能构造措施进行了有益的探索。介绍了目前苏州市节能建筑采用的８种外围护结构，提出了解决存在问题的建议。

Suzhou is located at the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,with hot in summer and cold in winter, and is better developed economic area. Due to bad thermal environment of traditional building, air conditioning way for improvement of residential condition is more and more.In order to extent energy saving buildings, the city has started the developmental point of the energy-saving buildings since the year of 1992.The different energy- saving construction measures used are explored favourably. This paper introduces eight exterior-protected constructions used in energy-saving buildings in Suzhou now, and puts forward the proposal to solve existing problems.
