Legislative process is an important aspect of legislative study. Process thought provides a new methodology, by which we can comprehensively observe legislative process in a dynamic and connectible way, and completely master its regular patterns. Ideas on process and legislative process can help us further understand legislative process in terms of its connotation, characteristics and complexity, and can also be applied to our legislative practice.
