摘要
在院系两级教学管理模式中,系级教学管理是重心。要发挥系级教学管理的作用,就需要重新审视制度建设中存在的弊病,从人本管理的角度出发,制定出既有刚性制约又不失人文情怀的教学管理制度。
In the two-level teaching administration mode, the management on the department level is much more critical than that on the college level. To bring the management on the department level into full play, we should find weak points in our management system, which we can improve by emphasizing humanistic orientation. The system should feature the integration of rigid restriction and humanistic sentiments.
