摘要
本文从教学改革、师资队伍建设、科研建设等方面对黑龙江省高等学校大学英语教学工作开展了一次全面系统的调研,对大学英语教学工作整体状况做出科学、客观的描述和分析,总结取得的成就,分析存在的问题,并提出了相应解决问题的措施和建议。
This paper is an attempt to make a comprehensive investigation of the field of college English teaching of Heilongjiang higher education in the aspects of teaching reform, faculty, scientific research work, etc. An analysis is then conducted according to the relevant data gathered. Progress made in the field is summed up and equally some problems are found. Special measures are proposed to be taken to tackle them.
