城市污水处理厂的规划改造问题研究

Study on the Plan and Reform of City Sewage Treatment Works

本文针对我国目前各大城市中，原有污水处理厂所存在的问题，提出了一套评价的体系，并结合上海十一家污水处理厂进行了评价，评价结果与专家们的意见相一致，从而验证了该评价系统的可行性，其方法对于城市现有污水处理厂的改造和去留问题的决策。

To solve the problems in the existing sewage treatment works in cities of our country, a system for appraisal thereof has been proposed, and the result from such appraisal of 11 sewage treatment works in Shanghai shows consistency with that from the experts, which proves the feasibility of such an appraisal system. It will be of some guideline significance for making decisions on reform and removal or retention of the existing city sewage treatment works.
