CA125、CA199、CEA联合检测对卵巢上皮癌诊断及疗效的价值

Diagnosis and Prognosis Value of the Serum CA125、CA199、CEA Detection in Patients with Epithelinl Ovarian Cancer

目的为协助临床更好的诊断卵巢上皮癌及其对疗效的观察,比较CA125、CA199、CEA单项检测和CA125,CA199,CEA联合检测。方法用雅培全自动微粒子化学发光仪检测CA125,CA199,CEA水平,并对卵巢上皮癌患者术后3个月内连续测定,观察不同疗效者治疗前后CA125,CA199,CEA的变化。结果卵巢上皮癌患者血清CA125,CA199水平明显高于卵巢上皮类良性肿瘤患者,CA125,CA199,CEA检测的敏感度分别为72.9%、43.8%,22.9%。三者联合检测的敏感度为90.0%。结论血清CA125,CA199是卵巢上皮癌诊断和判断预后的敏感性指标,CEA变化不显著,但三者联合检测可提高卵巢上皮癌诊断的敏感性。

Objective To probe into the clinical of detecting CA125、CA199 and CEA in diagnosis and prognosis of epithelial ovariancancer. Methods Serum levels of CA125、CA199 and CEA were measured by microparticle chemilum inescence method. Series of CA125、CA199 and CEA detem ination for patients with epithelial ovarian cancer in three months were carried out to observe the relationship of CA125、CA199、CEA value and therapeutic efficacy. Results The levels of CA125 and CA199 in Ovarian Cancer were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor in ovarian cancer. The sensitivity of CA125、CA199、CEA were 72. 9% 、43. 8% 、22. 9% . The sensitivity of combined detection of three markers was 90. 0% . Conclusion The measurement of serum CA125 and CA199 in an effective method in the diagnosis and prognosis for patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. And the clinical value can be increased by the combined use of three marbers.
