硝酸脂类治疗早期心肌梗死158例临床治疗体会

摘要 目的探讨硝酸脂类药物治疗早期心肌梗死的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院316例早期心肌梗死患者,随机分为两组,治疗组158例采用硝酸脂类药物治疗,对照组158例采用他汀类药物治疗,比较两组之间的临床治疗效果。结果临床治疗效果比较,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,有明显统计学差异;不良反应比较,34例患者出现颜面潮红,67例出现血压降低,恶心、胃肠道不适等症状,减少药物计量后症状消失;有23例患者出现转氨酶升高,肝功能轻微受损。所有患者没有发生严重并发症。结论硝酸脂类药物可以有效降低心肌耗氧量,降低早期心肌梗死的发作次数,对治疗早期心肌梗死有明显疗效,值得在临床中应用。
