摘要
目的探讨心理护理对康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将入组患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组药物维持治疗,研究组在药物维持治疗的基础上实施心理护理,共三周,分别于入组时和研究结束时采用焦虑自评量表SAS和抑郁自评量表SDS进行评定和比较。结果研究结束时研究组较对照组SAS和SDS评分有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论心理护理对康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁情绪有明显改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nurse on anxiety and depression of convalescent patients with schizophrenia. Methods Subjects were divided into two groups： study group and control group. The control group had received medication only,and the study group had received medication and psychological nurse,for three weeks. At begin and the end of the study,SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the patients and compare outcome. Results At the end of study,SAS and SDS of the study group were significant different from those of control group（ P〈0. 01） . Conclusion Psychological nurse can improve anxiety and depression of convalescent patients with schizophrenia.
