健康教育在腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗患者中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是骨科的常见病和多发病,多发生于青壮年。临床上以腰痛伴有或不伴有下肢放射痛为主要症状。可引起大小便障碍,甚至截瘫,给患者的生活、工作带来很多不便。因此，在非手术治疗无效的情况下，手术是一种常用而有效的治疗方法。随着医学模式的转变和护理观念的更新，出现了临床护理与预防保健相结合的护理趋势，健康教育被作为一种治疗手段应用于临床。我院2008年5月至2010年4月对86例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者实行系统健康教育，
