摘要
在海外建立研发中心是企业开展国际科技合作、进行技术创新的一种有效尝试。文章以江苏省企业建立海外研发中心的探索过程为实例，对它们的开展模式、特征进行分析，并得出一些启示性结论。
Setting up oversea R＆D institutions is a new effective attempt for enterprises to launch international technical cooperation and technological innovation. This paper takes the oversea R＆D institutions setting by enterprises in Jiangsu as example, and also analyzes the developing modes and features to get some inspirational conclusions.
