摘要
通过给排水工程规划中发现的一些问题，结合阜阳市的实际，对城市供水规模、取消自备水源、分质供水、污水处理厂的规模和布局等问题上进行重新思考和认识，以期达到寻找最佳解决方案的目的。
Accordingto some problems that discovered in water supply and sewerage program, combining with city reality, the water supply scale, canceling self-provided water source, dual water supply, the scale and layout of sewage treatment plant is reconsidered in order to seek the best solution.
