摘要
根据井下作业服务的特点,从施工质量、技术水平、服务态度和现场管理等四个方面出发,采用相应的数学模型,测评出用户满意度,发现由用户满意度而影响的用户抱怨和用户忠诚的信息,找出影响质量的因素,不断改进提高施工作业质量。
According to the characteristics of underground work services, with four aspects of construction quality, technology level, service attitude and on-site management, we use the corresponding mathematical model to evaluate the users' satisfaction. The informations on users' complaints and loyalty affected by users' satisfaction were found, and the factors affecting the quality were also achieved to improve the quality of construction operations continuously.
