The Model Selection and Path Arrangement for a Regional Finance Centre in the West

作为中国区域经济重要板块,西部经济的发展必须以金融的发展为先决条件,其经济发展方式转变必须以金融发展方式的转变为先决前提。本文基于金融中心视角,以西部中心城市西安为立足点,探索西部区域金融中心建立和发展的模式选择和路径安排,并提出可行性对策思路。

The development of the western economy, an important part of Chinese regional economy, must have great financial development as a prerequisite, and must transform its mode of financial development prior to the transformation of its mode of economic development. From a finance-centered perspective with Xi ＇ an, the centre city of the west, as the standpoint, this paper explores the model selection and path arrangement for the establishment and development of a regional finance centre in the west, and proposes several viable strategic measures.
