延安整风运动中的《共产党宣言》译本简考——纪念《共产党宣言》全汉文译本出版90周年

A Brief Exploration of the Translation Editions of the Communism Manifesto in the Period of Yan’an Rectification Movement

学习《共产党宣言》是延安整风运动的一个重要内容。但在学习中使用的《共产党宣言》的译本,在1943年8月前,却无法具体确定,陈望道译本、华岗译本和成仿吾、徐冰译本都是有可能的。在当时的延安,成仿吾、徐冰译本是影响最大的。1943年8月后的整风学习中,广大干部学习中普遍使用的则是延安解放社出版的《共产党宣言》博古校译本,这也是当时翻译质量最好的一个译本。

The study of Communism Manifesto was an important matter in the Yan＇ an rectification movement. But before the August of 1943, which translation edition of Communism Manifesto to choose was not determined. The editions translated by Chen Wangdao in 1920, Hua Gang in 1930, Cheng Fangwu and Xu Bing in 1938 were all possible choices. During that time in Yan＇ an, the edition translated by Cheng Fangwu and Xu Bing had the most influence. After August 1943, the edition translated by Bo Gu and published by the Yan＇ an Liberation Press was typically used by the cadres. And this was also the edition of best translation quality.
