“自组织”视阈中知识型企业“人员—职位”适配机制

摘要 直面企业HRM拐点上人力成本压力,有必要摒弃经验化判断的思维限囿,以"自组织"理论探析困扰企业高效运行的人职适配难题。在实证分析产出要求、投入条件及行业水平、历史状况、环境状态等"5W"人职适配影响因素的基础上,构建人职适配"均衡分析"模型和"模糊综合评价"模型,形成知识型企业人职适配动态协同的自适应机制。 Faced with the current pressure of manpower cost in HR knickstelle of enterprise, it is necessary to discard the experiential thinking limits and explore complex difficult to trouble the government running efficiently with "self-organization" theory. On the basis of the empirical demonstration of output requirements, input conditions and peer-level, historical situation and environmental conditions as "5W" influencing factors of administrative statFang, we can build "Equilibrium Analysis" model and "fuzzy comprehensive evaluation" model of adaptive configuration of personnel - job, so as to make up dynamic and collaborative self-adaptive configuration mechanism of personnel -job in knowledge enterprise.
