摘要
论述在沙俄、日本占领大连的特定历史条件下，城市居住建筑的形成和发展．通过对典型住宅街区的调查分析，总结大连近代殖民地居住建筑在外部空间组织、平面组合、立面形式。
This paper discusses the form and development of
urban residential building of Dalian during the time when Dalian was occupied by Japan or Russia,
and summarizes the character and methods used in colonial residential building of Dalian on
special layout,plan combination,facade form,inner space utilization and detail treatment.
