Reasonableness and economical planning in urban public transportation being put in force,in order to offer rapid,convenient ,safe,economical,easeful,on the stroke,and low contamination traffic conditions for citizen,is a necessity of city's scientific management.Through the research in the technical properties, the economic benefits and the benefits of social environment,it has been set up that a scientific and practical valuation index system to be used in urban public transportation projects.
