摘要
通过对组合辽春10号×CH275进行花药培养,获得小麦早熟DH系,并对与熟期相关的性状(包括拔节、抽穗、开花、成熟4个时期)及与产量相关的农艺性状(包括株高、穗长、有效穗数、每株颖花数、每株结实数、结实率、千粒质量等)进行了调查与简单分析。结果表明,DH群体中各个性状与双亲之间均出现明显差异,且呈现出数量性状的特点,表现为连续变异,这便于进行小麦数量性状的遗传分析、早熟基因的定位及分子图谱构建等研究。
An early-maturing double haploid( DH )population derived from a cross between early-maturing breeds Liaoehun 10 and late-maturing strains CH275 through anther culture was used to research and simply analyse the maturity-related traits in- cluding jointing stage, heading stage, flowering stage, mezzanine stage and yield associated traits. The results showed that all traits had significant differences between the parents in the DH population, and showed continuous variation which possessed of the characteristics of quantitative traits. This provided basis material for genetic analysis of quantitative traits of wheat, premature genes localization, map construction and other molecular studies.
