摘要
着重介绍了碾米设备用筛板的制造工艺及其规格参数,分析了筛板配置的选择对碾白和抛光工艺效果的影响,根据碾米设备不同的型式和要求,对碾米机筛板材质、长度和厚度、冲压和热处理工艺的选择,以及筛孔的宽度和厚度、筛孔的排列和开孔率等配置方式提出了具体的建议。
Manufacturing technologies and specifications of the sieve plate for rice whitening machine were emphatically introduced, effects of selection of sieve plate configuration on technological effects of whitening and polishing were analyzed, based on different types and requirements of rice whitening equipments, specific suggestions on selection of materials, length and thickness as well as pressing and heat treatment technologies of the sieve plate for rice whitening machine, and on the configuration modes such as width and thickness, arrangement and percentage of aperture area were proposed.
