摘要
通过对LT型胶辊砻谷机传动机构、喂料系统及胶辊支承结构的改进,成功地研制出了一种新型的全自动气压胶辊砻谷机。它的产量可提高到8 t/h,脱壳率可达90%。采用了PLC控制系统,首次在砻谷机上实现了进机流量数字化调节,实现了机器人性化的机电一体化控制。
A new-type full-automatic pneumatic rubber roll rice huller was developed successfully based on the improvements of driving mechanism, feeding system and rubber-roll support structure of LT-type rubber-roll rice huller. The output of this machine could be increased to 8 t/h and the hulling rate could be increased to 90%. By using PLC control system, a digitalized regulation of incoming flow was realized firstly in rice huller, thus a humanized electromechanical integrated control was fulfilled.
