小儿厌食临床证型分布特点与用药规律研究

Study on Distribution Features of Clinical Symptom Types and Regularity of Using Chinese Herbs in Pedo-anorexia

目的:探讨小儿厌食临床证型分布特点与用药规律。方法:收集整理治疗小儿厌食的现代临床文献385篇,采用ACCESS建立数据库,以SAS数据库知识发现系统Enterprise Miner(EM)为平台,关联规则分析方法中的FP-growth算法为手段进行小儿厌食临床证型和用药特点的研究分析。结果:统计筛选出小儿厌食17个证型、289种药物的基本情况以及常用药对组合的关联规则。结论:采用基于关联规则的数据挖掘技术对小儿厌食临床文献进行研究分析,可在一定程度上反映小儿厌食临床证型的一些分布特点与用药规律。

Objective：To reveal the distribution features of the clinical symptom types and the regularity of using Chinese herbs in pedo-anorexia. Methods：385 clinical literatures of pedo-anorexia were collected. Access database was established. Knowledge discovery system of SAS data mining technique was as a platform. the distribution features of the clinical symptom types and the regularity of using Chinese herbs in pedo-anorexia were studyed by means of Fp-growth algorithm for mining association rule. Results：There are 17 syndrome types of pedo-anorexia,289 herbs and common drug pairs selected by statistical analysis from the study. Conclusion：Data mining technique based on association rule is a feasible method used to analyze the clinical literatures on pedo-anorexia and reveal the distribution features of the clinical symptom types and regularity of using Chinese herbs in pedo-anorexia.
